Subscription service

This is a convenient form of maintenance in the long term with pre-contracted requirements of the customer (time reaction, circulating technics, prevention, working overtime and others). In that case, the customer pays a monthly subscription fee independent of expended labor.  If the technics is out of warranty, the spare parts are priced separately. Еxcept for equipment supplied by us we take such responsibility and for equipment from other suppliers. 

Service by request

Еxcept subscription service 2 Plus Bulgaria AD performs standard maintenance by applying of service request. In that case the customer pays used components, the spare parts, the labour of the specialist and transportation fee, if the service is provided at the customer’s location. The payment is based on the standard price list of the service of 2 Plus Bulgaria AD.

Technical assistance and advisory services

These services are aimed to serve complete information systems including:

Administration of information systems and databases, information security systems, CCVT, automation of the buildings and others.In a contract of this type 2 Plus Bulgaria AD offers and hourly ensuring with system administrators at the customer’s location.

The service of 2 Plus Bulgaria AD will present you various professional consultations for optimizing usage of your software and hardware, will assist you in the selection and delivery of new computer products, when extending your information systems and when problems occur. The consultations are provided by phone, e-mail and with customer’s location.

System support of server’s complexes

The system support is intended to ensure continuous operation of critical server complexes. It includes 24 hour standby, providing a system and technical assistance as well as providing lower time limits to eliminate the service problems.
